Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu BJJ, Wrestling Scramble with Noah and Ayman Zahabi

In this video we have may sons Noah (6 years old) and Ayman (4 years old) after there BJJ, Judo, MMA class and they were in the mood to at it a little. I thought I would share some of this footage with you guys. Martial Arts is a beautiful thing not only because it helps us with so many of life challenges but it is also an incredible way to bond with one another. All they hours, days and years on spent on the mat makes for incredible memories, I hope you all are making time for this experience. Firas
