This week on Scrambled we re headed to South Africa, specifically the KwaZuluNatal region. While shooting tonight s episode of Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted on an incredible game reserve, Gordon was able to get his hands on some ostrich eggs and decided to whip up an Ostrich Scrambled Egg dish with some South African Flair.
