15 MIN. YOGA FLOW Full Body Yoga, get flexible and stretch, Beginners + Advanced
For everyone who struggles with a constant stretch routine. This Yoga Flow will make you sweat, strong and powerful. I want you to not only kill yourself while working out, but also calm down your mind and body after a good workout. These 15 minutes include several basic yoga poses that make up a whole flow. Beginners and Advanced are able to do this workout. Pay attention on how I go and get into every pose and where to pay attention to (follow the notes). I love Yoga and know I should do it more but my love for normal workouts are too big.
