Venezuela to Present Proposals at Oil Summit

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is in Vienna where he will be participating in the OPEC and nonOPEC members summit. With world oil prices at a 6year low, Venezuela, along with countries such as Iran, Russia, Bolivia will seek to cut production in order to boost prices to US88 per barrel, up from the current US45.
