NFL proposing higher draft picks for minority hires of head coaches and GMs, Sports Center

Louis Riddick and Sage Steele review the NFL s proposal to reward teams with higher draft picks for hiring minority head coaches and general managers. Riddick says the proposal suggest that it s no longer about the applicants competency and finds the proposal insulting; however, addressing his interview with the New York Giants and feeling as though he was not discriminated against. Riddick also suggest what he believes would be a far more effective way to create more diversity within those roles.
