Immediately she open the bag and saw Rosie was crying in the bag, immediately she pulled hardly and let Rosie out but found out that she is very weak and unable to walk. She just keep lying on the floor. Rescue officer went over to the scene speedy. Rosie was send back to shelter to rest and monitoring her health.
