Asparagus Temaki: Japanese Hand Roll (アスパラガス手巻き作り方)

Temaki is a type of Japanese hand roll sushi. It uses a piece of nori sheet and wraps different ingredients into a cone shape. In this recipe, I use shredded lettuce and asparagus with the special temaki sauce. Temaki is not only a simple and light dish to serve as an everyday meal but it s also a fun recipe for party.
