Refugees in Greece start fires on their way to Germany

Hundreds of migrants gathered in a field near the Greek village of Diavata after hearing on social media the border with Albania was going to open. Babies and mums were among those tear gassed by Greek police at the border after fake news reports said migrants were being allowed to travel to Germany. Hundreds have made their way to the field in the village of Diavata since Thursday, motivated by reports on social media of plans for an organised movement to cross Greece s northwest border with Albania in early April.
