Join me for a 20 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your heart pumping and blast through calories. We will be doing lots of high energy jumping movements to the beat of the music, however I ll be providing those low impact modifications as well. This is an all standing routine which means zero floor work and wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
