My favorite flow for stretching and mobility you re gonna feel amazing after this one The series provides a total body stretch with extra emphasis on hip hamstring mobility. Heads up We re moving through the flow very quickly just about 15s per stretch. Go through 2 or 3 times as a mobility warm up. For a deeper stretch and flexibility focus, slow it down and hold each position for 3060 seconds.
