New and improved one arm pullup set
Some of the comments from my last video said that I was using the bounce of the bar and not getting my chin fully over which made me rethink my training method. I still do powerful, fast pull ups but have tried to improve my form and technique as well. Quality over quantity should be the focus of all strength training. I m still trying to increase the number to 10 or above on each arm but these are MUCH harder than my previous one arm pull ups. I ll keep training hard and post a vid when I get there br,
