It s a remediation of President Kennedy s oftoverlooked 1963 address at American University in Washington D. C. in which he outlined the need for peace. I edited the speech to about 6 minutes, leaving out the more topical issues such as the Cold War and nuclear disarmament. It s been about 50 years since this speech was given and it s rhetor taken away. In these tumultuous times, I often think of this quote by the President s late brother Teddy, and apply it to the concept of world peace: work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never All media is public domain.
