Unreal Engine 4 Tutorials Subscriber Requests, 4 Custom Reticle

In this tutorial, I will show you how to customise the reticle for the Top Down feature pack. You will need Blender, though you could just as well follow this tutorial in a proper image editing software and then join back up as we set up the material for the Decal Component.
