I am interested in taking over an established yoga school. There is a good will payment. Many of the existing students have bought packages 1 month, 3 month etc etc. The seller is claiming that the purchase will not be affected by these and I just have to allow them to finish whatever they have purchased without any compensation from him that he has already received monies. This seems a little unfair, your thoughts please Nicole I may be working, teaching for months before I see any money. Look forward to your opinion
