Titles read: KITCHEN THINKS. Pathe Studio, London. Various shots show kitchen gadgets being used. First we see an egg slicer. A woman has trouble cutting a tomato with a normal knife so she uses a serrated knife to give a cleaner slice. A special implement is used to peel an orange easily, allowing the peel to come away in two clean pieces. A gadget that looks like a corkscrew is inserted into a lemon which s squeezed. All the juice comes out through the end of the corkscrew. A woman puts cutlery into special racks that keep them separate.
