Efficiently Painting Skin Weights in Maya Creating a Skin Weights Dance
Skin weights are a painful part of the rigging process, but there are strategies to paint them more efficiently. This tutorial introduces the idea of a skin weights dance a range of movement (ROM) exercise that moves each part of the body in a meaningful way for the purpose of editing skin weights.
