Chega de Saudade (No More Blues) is considered to be the first Bossa Nova, the famous Brazilian rhythm. The American trumpeter, composer, arranger, singer, percussionist and bandleader Dizzy Gillespie (19171993) and his quintet perform the delightful composition written by the Brazilian composer, arranger, singer, guitarist, pianist and flutist Tom Jobim (19271994), with lyrics by the Brazilian poet, composer, guitarist and singer Vinicius de Moraes (19131980) in the mid 50 s.
