Autumn Leaves sung by Ozzie Bailey with Ray Nance and Duke Ellington
A slide show of an afternoon in Pittville Park, Cheltenham while the Billy Strayhorn arrangement of Autumn Leaves is sung by Ozzie Bailey. Ray Nance s violin weaves a magic spell around the whole ensemble. Recorded over 50 years ago (September 9, 1957) this special piece still comes out fresh every time. The pictures are just from my new lens as I ambled around Pittville Park seeing what it could do; the slide show is my first attempt at using the latest ProShow Gold software.
