33C day in São Paulo Sometimes, the best training is listening to your body and adapting. Instead of pushing through the heat, I stayed indoors and focused on housework, still moving, but safely. 1 Extreme Weather Tip: If its too warm, dont force it. Your body needs to adapt to it. 2 Active Rest: Light movement at home keeps the momentum going. 3 Hydrate Recover: Stay cool, drink plenty of water, and come back stronger tomorrow.
