This workout was made with people who are getting started in mind. Working out doesn t have to be complicated. Master the basic movements and go from there This workout can easily be done at home in around 20 mins. If some of these movements are hard, they are meant to be. If you struggle the first time round, keep going and try to master all the movements again. Remember. Practice makes perfect. Always remember to warm up before you train.
