Oro motor exercises design to strenthen the musculature if tongue, lips, cheek and jaw to facilitate neuromuscular coordination and competency for speech and swallowing. There are two types first Active exercise and second Passive exercise. Message passive stretch come under passive oro motor exercise. Here stretching of tongue exercis showed like protrution of tongue, lateralization, elevation. For lips rounding unrounding of lips, puckering exercise, lips together and smsck. For Cheeck in and out activity, oral presdure build up. For Jaw opening and closing. Above maintion all these exercise are really helpfull for neurogenic speech disorder cases like Dysarthria, MS, Apraxia, Aphasia, C. P etc
