WATCH: LAPD high speed chase turns into a standoff

Officers were in pursuit of a vehicle near West LA. Our FOX 11 team reported that the vehicle was a white mustang that was recklessly driving at high speeds on the southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway. Once the mustang stopped, the driver is seen communicating with officers and then returning to the car. Officers eventually get a hold of the driver and arrest him.
