Guillermo del Toros Pinocchio is a NIGHTMARE

Back in December of 2022, the long awaited Guillermo del Toro reimagination was finally premiered in Netflix. Pinocchio follows a wooden puppet that s brought to life by a sprite. With the help of various characters, Pinocchio has to learn how to become a better person all while dealing with mortality and the importance of life. Not only did Guillermo del Toro s Pinocchio garner overwhelmingly positive praise from both critics and audiences, it managed to win the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
