Young Bill is a sea lion who can balance almost anything on his snout. We see Bill on top of a podium balancing a large doll on his nose. He walks down the steps of a ladder. Then we see him balancing a large ball on his nose. Posters for a circus are pasted up behind him. It looks like the circus is called Hagenbeck. M, S of the trainer with two sea lions bouncing the ball backwards and forwards between them. Old Bill looks more like a walrus. C, U of him playing some sort of brass instrument.
