Hailing from southern Russia, Soela is the DJ and production alias of Elina Shorokhova, Berlinbased experienced pianist and vocalist who has made a hugely successful transition into electronic music. With material already out on labels like Detroit Underground, Fauxpas Musik, MedSchool, Red Ember Records and EBeamz, Soela released her EP on Shall Not Fade sister label, Lost Palms and is waiting for another EP coming soon on Kompakt. With a style that combines house, dub techno and experimental electronica, Soela is already blazing a trail that demands attention. Soela Lilly EP is out on Kompakt August the 2nd
