Buy A Business
Grab a business that is already in business in the line of business that you want to be in. You can get a revenue stream, cash flow, and even loyal employees. This is potentially less risky because it is already proven to perform. There is less stress and usually much less workflow because the launch strategy got the business off the ground but has usually failed to generate as much revenue as was wanted. Usually there is little or no hiring and no need to recruit. Most of your systems will already exist. And buying a business is always cheaper than building one. For example, 90 of new business owners are ready to sell out before their first year is up. Some owners will hand the keys to you and walk out.
