Since making his name in British cult classic Withnail and I in 1987, Richard E Grant has been a muchloved fixture on our screens. But when his beloved wife, Joan, died in 2021 after almost 40 years together, he faced his greatest challenge yet. In a bid to deal with his grief and to honour his promise to her to find a pocketful of happiness in each day, lifelong diarykeeper Richard turned his journal entries into a memoir. He joins us to tell us more about his book, gives us the lowdown on his upcoming tour and how he felt hosting the BAFTAs with Alison.
