, lakedistrict, abandoned, explore In search of this abandoned lead mine that dates back to the 1700s and worked up until 1942. On the day of the explore in the Lake District I wasn t sure if I would even find the levels but I managed to find two. There is still so much to explore at this site and I will be returning for a second part in the coming days.
