Dog Star Adventure Trs80 Model I Adventure International Lance Micklus Full Solution Dog Star Adventure was an Interactive Fiction Text Adventure (IFTA) originally distributed as a TypeIn program published in SoftSide Magazine for the TRS80 Model I microcomputer series in 1979. After which it was ported to almost every microcomputer made. The one used here is the Death Planet release by Adventure International, as OtherVenture, 5, Death Planet : the dog star adventure. Dog Star was the first IFTA game ever published in a major publication. It was played in a pure text environment, the player inputting text command actions in a two word string using VERBNOUN, with a primitive parser deciding what happened, and then describing the results to the player in text on screen.
