C MUGEN: Lucy Diclonius FINAL Release

It s Lucy from Elfen Lied, noobs. XD I didn t keep a log of Lucy s work like I did with Aura and Ultimate Sula, so I can t remember how long I ve worked on her. .. I started like a month before I released Aura so it s been a while and I ve been looking forward to releasing her.
