DIY Garter, Bow Knee High Garter

I m super excited that I made the I wanted it for so long. I can t wait to wear it tomorrow. It s very easy to make. Try it out. And sewing machine is not required for making this DIY. You can just hand sew. I did. It only took me less than half hour to make it.
