The Fall of Babylon: The Prostitute and the Great City Revelation 17 18

This is a part of our Quarantine Lesson series recordings of our presentations made online via Zoom during the Coronavirus crisis of 2020 in which social distancing measures prevented us from meeting together. Chapters 17 and 18 of Revelation are an expansion of what we saw when the seven bowls full of God s wrath were poured out in Chapter 16. It looks at the destruction of the city from two perspectives: in chapter 17 the city is depicted as a prostitute on the back of a beast and in chapter 18 we see the mourning over the loss of the city.
