Christmas Tamales

Merry Christmas and happy holidays Get my free food guide here: This year I spent Christmas in Phoenix, Arizona, back in the US for the first time during Christmas in about 6 years. One of my favorite Christmas foods is Mexican tamales. So the day before Christmas I headed over to my friend s house and we made a bunch of tamales. He had a great idea to add green curry to a tamale, so we made some Thai green curry tamales and also plenty of regular beef and pork red chile tamales.
