The wife of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been charged with fraud. The Justice Ministry says Sara Netanyahu is accused of misusing state funds by allegedly spending 100, 000 of government money on catering services. Al Jazeera s Harry Fawcett reports from West Jerusalem.
