The shelter successfully withstood a very snowy winter, I did not notice any damage. A huge tree fell nearby but I was lucky and it didnt hit the shelter. The spring forest is very green and full of bird sounds. There are also not very many mosquitoes and other bloodsucking creatures. I decided to make a small traditional fence, a bushcraft basket for food and kitchen utensils and a fire pit tripod from poles and roots.
