NCAA basketball new NET tool, explained by the senior vice president of hoops, SC with SVP

Senior Vice President of Basketball for the NCAA Dan Gavitt joins SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt to explain the new NET ranking tool that replaces the RPI after 37 years. He says that the new tool is a much improved way to rank and evaluate the teams as it is a results and predictive metric and the RPI was simply results oriented. Gavitt also details the committees quadrant system.
