Shampoo ginger (Zingiber zerumbet) is a tropical flowering plant that grows from underground rhizomes. This herbaceous perennial has a unique pineconeshaped flower and stems of alternate narrow green leaves. The plants grow well in wet climates and typically reach 46 feet tall and 23 feet wide. Sap from the flowers can be used for hair care (hence the common name shampoo ginger). SUBSCRIBE for ABC TV Videos: All ABC TV paper craft video: Follow me with hashtags:, abctvcraft, paperflower
