Noddy Holder with the Metal Gurus Gudbuy TJane 1990

In 1990, Noddy Holder and Jim Lea of Slade produced a cover of their own Merry Xmas Everybody, recorded by the British gothic rock band The Mission, under the name The Metal Gurus. Their cover reached, 55 in the UK. All artist royalties from the sale of the single was donated to Childline. On the CD single, a cover of Gudbuy T Jane was included with lead vocals from Noddy Holder.
