Observation: baby with wet sponge 10 min total

The A warm day in California. This little boy (8mo) stayed interested in the sponge for 10 minutes total before he dropped it and crawled off. He was soooo cute He had watched me work with another child (older) with a sponge squeezing job. I had noticed he was quietly paying attention too. So I gave him the bowl and sponge to see what he would do. I wish I had his initial response on video. He was so thrilled, he threw his hands out to the sides involuntarily shaking with excitement while breathing in a big breath for about 4 seconds before he actually picked up the sponge.
