UK colonel rejects Kenyan court s right to judge his troops on murder charges

Kenyas courts dont have jurisdiction to judge British soldiers, a UK military officer has stated. Colonel Andrew Wildas troops have been charged with killing a young Kenyan woman in 2012. The officers comments come after a Kenyan court reopened a probe into the death of Agnes Wanjiru, whose body was found in a hotel septic tank two months after she disappeared, near where London runs a training camp for its military.
