Full title reads: Mr. De Valera and Member of the Irish Republican Party attend a Meeting at the Mansion House. Dublin, Eire (Southern Ireland, Republic of Ireland). M, S of a man walking past a cheering crowd, he tips his hat to them before going up steps to Mansion House. M, S of woman entering Mansion House could be Republican Countess Markievicz. More men and women are seen entering the House. They nod and wave at crowd, one man pushes a bicycle. It is not clear if Eamon De Valera is amongst them.
