Ukrainians denied humanitarian because they speak Russian

Video allegedly shows Ukrainian refugees arriving from the wartorn eastern part of the country being denied humanitarian aid from the UN simply because of the language they speak Russian. Neither the United Nations, nor Kiev has commented on the disturbing footage.
