Women s Fall Winter 2022 Fashion Show, LOUIS VUITTON

Unveiled at the Musée dOrsay in Paris, the Womens FallWinter 2022 Collection is dedicated to youth, in all its vivid romanticism, inspiring idealism, hope for the future and for a better world. Nicolas Ghesquière designed a collection inspired by youthful selfexpression, that can be mixed and matched depending on mood. Kilts, oversized cardigans and silk trousers take inspiration from school uniforms, while millefeuille dresses in chiffon and tulle give silhouettes a kinetic and fleeting, miragelike effect, playing with the collections theme of freedom of movement. Additionally, David Sims photographs from the 1990s are applied and embroidered, reminiscent of concert tshirts or posters hung on floral wallpaper in a teenagers bedroom.
