2 HUGE Porterhouse steaks grilled to mediumrare perfection is what I am cooking today. I am also testing to see which sauce is best with these beautiful monster steaks. One sauce is made with blue cheese and the other is what I like to call green stuff. To finish off an amazing meal I also made so easy and simple potato chips which are super crunchy and delicious.
