Compositing with Render Passes Exercise Notes
CGC Members can download the files and submit their exercise here: This exercise is designed to give you handson experience with reconstructing render passes into a complete image using the Compositor (Node Editor). Jonathan Lampel has built this coffee scene to be your practice environment. Everything is set up for you. Hit render and then get right to compositing Remember, the big idea with compositing is to make render editing as flexible as possible without having to rerender. So once your render is reconstructed, your assignment includes enhancing the image for appeal. In a way, it may help you to think of this enhancement stage as a manual Instagram filter. So since this is for appeal, this stage is open to your artistic interpretation. It just has to be appealing
