Beach Cities Christmas (by Brian Hawkins)

Ever since moving to the beach communities of Los Angeles from Chicago, I resisted embracing the very different feel of the holiday season in California. In recent years, however, I ve really started to appreciate the unique traditions of Christmas in Los Angeles, so I decided to film as much of it as I could this year. The entire video is original footage from December 2014. I filmed everything using Canon DSLRs for timelapse and video, plus a GoPro for some of the hyperlapses mounted to my car.
