DIY loose tenon router jig
Skip to 6:50 to see her in action. Right now I have been using a 1, 2 double fluted straight router bit but I think an upspiral bit would cut and plunge much better. I also didn t realize the 2 routered slots on the top were directly over the side and ended up having to cut a few holes in the side to get the blots through the top. This jig can also be seen in my Ash Trestle Table video doing double loose tenons. Link here Basic Sketchup plan https
