It uses 56 out of the 64 tiles, but it is much larger It has all of the perks of being a tiny home, but by using roofs and not creating actual rooms I was able to cheat the game and create a tiny home that is actually very spacious. There are two enclosed bedrooms and an open loft with a murphy bed on the second level so you could sleep 5 sims. With floor to ceiling windows (actual roofs) you would never guess you are in a tiny home I am very happy with how this house turned out and I hope you all like it as much as I do I had so much fun creating this build.
