BALLET CLASS for a lazy day 2020 with loads of TIPS

Hello ballet friends So heres another followalong ballet barre (ballet class) but this time its a bit easier so that you could add some other type of training to your day and not feel completely dead by the end of it. And also I tried giving you a few tips that help me with my training right now so I hope you enjoy it and please let me know if you ever do this class with me and what combination was your favourite.
