This 20. Min. Legs and Butt workout with MiniBand, Mini Band Leg Workout at Home, Follow Along Workout is made up of 3 x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 3 x exercises and each 3 x exercise for 3 x rounds. We will do each exercise for 35 seconds and we have 15 seconds rest in between. BLOCK 1 1. Low Hip 2 x side squat + Up and down 2. Narrow Stand 2 x side toe taps + Side slide 3. Half lunges + Side bounces BLOCK 2 1. Single leg reverse lunges + single leg stiff leg deadlift (L) 2. Single leg reverse lunges + single leg stiff leg deadlift (R) 3. Double band wide stand bounce squats BLOCK 3 1. Squat 3 x abduction (Jumps) 2.
